I heart Redmond

Well, I guess I could comment on the fact that the company with the largest R&D department in the world basically just copies the services of others. But instead, this is a link to the map of Apple's Headquarters brought to you by Microsoft's new map program (with slick new features). Well, Bill can dream.

It's a little disconcerting how close you can actually zoom in. That's closer than Google, I think.

FYI: You'll have to double-click the map once you've gotten it open to zoom all the way in.

Note: To any who don't get what they are looking at, look for what Google Maps shows in that same area:
1 Infinite Loop
Cupertino, CA 95014

Oh, I see what you're getting at. The shot on MSN Maps is just 20-30 years old, no? How long has apple been at this address? You're implying they've "erased" apple from the map, but it just appears to not have been built yet. But I'm naive that way.

That's the beauty of it. Either they left the headquarters off on purpose because they are petty and evil or they were using old maps which shows that their service is crappy. Or both.
