this sucks

I followed this story until it just got too depressing. Now it is worse. If you are a designer, you may not want to drink Coke products after reading this.

yeah, that's a real bummer about Bob. Have you found anything about why the Supreme Court wouldn't hear the case? Or are they even required to give a reason?
